- Insurances
  We strongly recommend that you organize with a comprehensive travel insurance, including health and cancellation insurance.
- Cancellation policy
  If you cancel your participation, your money will be refunded minus a fee of:
  100 USD – for cancellations 30 days or more before departure.
  200 USD – for cancellations 30-15 days before departure date
  400 USD – for cancellations 14-3 days before departure date
  No refund for cancellations 2 days or less before departure date.
- Registration fee
  You will need to pay a registration fee of 100 USD / 1000 Nok / 100 £ / 100 € (will be subtracted from the total amount). Please note: You are not considered registered for the tour until we have received the registration fee.
- Registration & payment deadlines
  Final registration day: October 1, 2019
  Final day of payment: October 15, 2019
